Patient Forms
Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet you and welcome you. We will request you fill our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. You will also have the option to complete your paperwork in advance if you would prefer.
Consultation
Next you will have a consultation with one of our chiropractors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will you meet your goals.
Examination
After your consultation, one of our chiropractors will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard neurologic, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Some conditions may require us to take x-rays or MRI to to get a full evaluation of a patient. X-rays and other imaging studies help us rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. While most cases do not require imaging studies, each case is evaluated individually, and your doctor can discuss your options.
Treatment
Unless there is a need for additional imaging, studies, or a contra-indication, patients will generally be provided with their first treatment as part of the initial of the appointment. This may include spinal adjustments, physiotherapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. Treatment is interactive with you so you can express any concerns you have about the style of adjustment you will be most comfortable with.

Whether you just want to be pain free or you want to optimize performance for a specific sport, we will give you the tools to achieve your goals. And in the instances we can't help, we will refer you to a provider that can.
